El Villa Horto
Eleni Villa is located in Horto, approximately 46 km south of Volos and 3 km from Milina. Nearby you will find shops, tavernas, and restaurants.
Parking is available near the villa (free of charge).
The beach is approximately 150 m from the local shoreline.
Eleni Villa (I and II) offers comfort and space. Two houses are available, with a swimming pool (4 x 6 m, depth 1.20–1.50 m, operational until the end of September) and a large garden.
The first house (Eleni Villa I) includes two apartments – one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The second house (Eleni Villa II) is a maisonette.
Both houses are located on a 1,800 sqm plot with a well-maintained garden, lawn, and many trees and plants.
Each apartment in Eleni Villa I accommodates 4–5 people and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a spacious living room with a sofa and sleeping option for a fifth person, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The upper-floor apartment has a fireplace, a balcony with garden furniture, and is 74 sqm (+ balcony).
The ground-floor apartment has a veranda with garden furniture but no fireplace and is 70 sqm (+ veranda).
Both apartments include air conditioning.
Eleni Villa II is suitable for 6–7 people and offers 100 sqm of living space, plus a 5 sqm balcony and a 36 sqm veranda.
The house includes three bedrooms (two with balcony) on the upper floor, a bathroom (shower/WC), and a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen on the ground floor.
The living room includes a sofa set, fireplace, large TV, and a large dining table.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge, oven, and extractor hood.
There is also a small WC on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms has a balcony.
Outside, there is a large covered terrace with a pergola, grapevine, and garden furniture.
Both houses have access to a barbecue area in the garden.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every 4 days. Early change is available upon request.
