Platanias is located on the southeastern coast of the Pilion Peninsula, opposite the islands of Skiathos and Evia (Euboea). Although it lies opposite two cosmopolitan islands, it remains largely untouched by mass tourism to this day.
The distance from the capital, Volos, is about 58 km. The fishing village of Platanias, with about 170 inhabitants, owes its name to the plane trees that grow there. It has a small natural harbor, which serves as a refuge for the fishermen.
Nearby, you will find shopping opportunities, taverns, a mini-market, and international press.
Parking: Directly in front of the house (on the street).
Beach: The pebbly/sandy beach of Platanias is about 70 m away. The beautiful sandy beach of Mikro is located 500 m away. This beach is accessible on foot via a footpath, or you can take a boat (2 euros per person). By car, you can reach other sandy beaches (Kastri, Katigiorgis, Vromoneri) in just a few minutes.
Your Accommodation: The holiday house is located directly on the seafront promenade of Platanias and features 5 modern, well-equipped units. Two of these are on the ground floor and three are on the upper floor. At the back of the property, there is a barbecue area with seating.

1 Studio for 2-3 people on the ground floor (Nr. 2) / 30 sqm:
This studio is located on the ground floor. It has a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchenette, a dining table, shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, windows with sea view, a veranda with garden furniture, and sea view.
The basic cleaning, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, takes place every 4 days.
Studio Nr. 3, 4, and 5 on the First Floor (OG)
2 Studios for 2 people each on the first floor (Nr. 3 and Nr. 4) / 25 sqm with balcony and sea view:
Both studios are located on the first floor and are of the same size and equipped the same. Each studio has a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a kitchenette, a dining table, shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, windows with sea view, and a balcony with garden furniture and sea view.
1 Studio for 3 people on the first floor (Nr. 5) / 28 sqm with balcony and mountain view:
This studio is located on the first floor and has a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchenette, a dining table, shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, a balcony with garden furniture, and a mountain view.
The basic cleaning, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, takes place every 4 days.

Booking / Payment Reservations / payments Reservations: payment in advance is necessary.
Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price. For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival 50% of the total price. The remainder of the price must be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Cancelations:
For the cancelation to be considered valid, you must send it via e-mail in which you MUST receive a reply. (Cancelations via phone will not be consider valid).
A deposit of 30% is required for your booking to be valid
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before arrival 10% of the booked price. (If you paid more, the amount will be refunded) 59 to 22 days before arrival 30% of the booked price 21 to 15 days before arrival 60% of the booked price 14 days before arrival 100% of the booked price.
