Agionissi Resort Chalkidiki Τύπος καταλύματος: Ξενοδοχείο
Το Agionissi Resort βρίσκεται στο νησί της Αμμουλιανής, 1,5 χλμ νότια από το χωριό, απέναντι από τον Άθω. Πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο τεσσάρων αστέρων με πιστοποίηση Green Key για φιλικότητα προς το περιβάλλον. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει θέα και βασικό εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Φιλοξενεί κατοικίδια. Μπροστά από το κτίριο υπάρχει μια μικρή ακτή με άμμο και βότσαλα. Είναι 50 μέτρα από το δρόμο και υπάρχει ηλεκτρικό club car για επισκέπτες, καθώς η κυκλοφορία οχημάτων είναι αυστηρά περιορισμένη. Η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο Θεσσαλονίκης είναι περίπου 90 λεπτά.

Climate Crisis Resilience Fee
As of January 1, 2024, all hotels in Greece are required to implement a new environmental fee defined as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee. This fee was established under Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 and replaces the previous Accommodation Tax.
The fee is to be paid by guests staying in hotels, furnished rooms/apartments (rooms to let), and short-term rentals. Accommodations are responsible for collecting this fee from guests and remitting it directly to the tax authorities.
The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is charged per room, per night and must be collected from the guests upon check in or check-out. The specific amount of the fee varies based on the type of lodging and the period of stay, as detailed below :
- 10 Euro per room per night (April through October stays)
