Οι Assos Villas – Braunis Horio Villas βρίσκονται στο χωριό Άσσος στην Κεφαλονιά, τοποθετημένες πάνω σε ακρωτήρι με ανεμπόδιστη θέα προς τον κόλπο. Το συγκρότημα περιλαμβάνει βίλες δύο και τριών υπνοδωματίων, καθεμία με ιδιωτική πισίνα και θέα στη θάλασσα. Υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο νερό μέσω σκαλοπατιών που οδηγούν σε μικρή πλατφόρμα για κολύμπι, ενώ η παραλία Πλάκες απέχει περίπου 200 μέτρα κολυμπώντας. Από διάφορα σημεία του καταλύματος είναι ορατά το ενετικό κάστρο της Άσσου, το λιμάνι και το ανοιχτό Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Η τοποθεσία βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στην παραλία του Μύρτου και το Φισκάρδο, με τον Μύρτο σε απόσταση περίπου δέκα λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο. Το χωριό της Άσσου διατηρεί ήρεμο και παραδοσιακό χαρακτήρα, με ταβέρνες δίπλα στο νερό που λειτουργούν κυρίως τις βραδινές ώρες. Το αεροδρόμιο της Κεφαλονιάς απέχει περίπου 50 χιλιόμετρα. Κάθε βίλα λειτουργεί ως αυτόνομη μονάδα διαμονής, με ιδιωτικούς εξωτερικούς χώρους προσανατολισμένους προς τη θάλασσα. When booking with Kokolis Travel S.A or its partners web-sites on-line, an automated booking confirmation will be sent through your email, with all the services you have booked. If you have not received a confirmation please contact us at:info@braunishorio.com and kathy@braunishorio.com

On-line transactions:

Transactions made on-line with Kokolis Travel S.A-Braunis Horio Villas or its partners web-sites are secured by Alpha Bank,National Bank of Greece and Go Daddy SSL properties and services are priced in Euros. All payments are charged in euros. The guest is responsible for all worldwide fees imposed by the banking systems.Kokolis Travel SA has the right to change any of the accommodation prices and services within their website at any time before entering into a contract with you. If there is any change, they will notify you before entering into any such agreement.

Damage:

Braunis Horio Villas reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Braunis Horio Villas as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, Braunis Horio Villas further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

Cancellation Policy :

In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non refundable. If the cancellation takes place within the 4 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is non refundable.
