HOTEL RULES AND POLICIES

1. Upon check-in, you must show your photo ID, sign the registration form with your details unless you have already checked in online.

2. Check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00.

3. For room reservations, necessary information are required,  including personal data and others, for the proper execution of the hotel reservation confirmation.

4. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00 of the next day.

5. The request for extension of stay beyond the period specified upon arrival, must be notified at the reception no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. This extension of the stay whenever possible has an additional cost and the price policy is available at the reception.

6. Only hotel guests are allowed to enter the hotel.

7. Persons not registered with the Hotel may stay on its territory only with the consent of the Hotel Management in the lobby area between 07:00 and 23:00.

8. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables left in the room.

9. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of items of equipment and technical devices of the Hotel caused by his/her fault.

10. The guest must inform the reception desk of the damage immediately after its discovery.

11. The hotel is entitled to retain items brought by the guest in case of non-payment of the damage.

12. Children under 12 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians in the hotel rooms and in the public areas of the Hotel. Legal guardians assume full responsibility for any damage to equipment and technical equipment resulting from children.

13. The behavior of Guests must not disrupt the peaceful stay of other Guests. Mental, physical pressure, verbal or physical abuse, as well as verbal insults against hotel staff or other guests are not acceptable. The hotel may refuse to provide further services to a person who violates this policy.

ROOMS

1. It is forbidden to make any changes to the room.

2. Smoking is prohibited in the room. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

3. Additional charges may apply for additional cleaning related to unusual dirt (hair dye, blood, markers, vomit), bed linen, towels and mattresses.

4. It is not allowed to keep food outside the refrigerator, it can cause the accumulation of insects (flies, ants). In this case, guests will be charged for the corresponding disinfection.

5.Specific requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Confirmations are only valid in writing (email) and any verbal or other confirmation is not valid in any case. 

POOL

1. The pool opening hours are from 10:00-19:00.

2. Jumping into the pool is prohibited.

3. Running around the pool is prohibited.

4. It is prohibited to carry any glass objects around the pool area for safety reasons.

5. Sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool are free of charge.

6. It is prohibited to carry/move the pool umbrellas.

7. The pool is used provided that the personal hygiene conditions have been met.

8. Pool users are required to follow the lifeguard's instructions.
