- The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the 1st night from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within a few days depending on the card holder's bank procedures. The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the card holder and prevents any fraudulent attempts. This may occure in the reservations made in Standard rates, and in Flexible cancellation policy rates

The reservations department will confirm availability of triple room and cost as per policy. In case there is no prior notice, all extra charges that may apply must be accepted by guest.
