CHILDREN POLICY
Due to the peculiarity of property's location (on Caldera 's cliff) the hotel does not feature any children facilities and children under the age of 13 years old are not accepted for safety reasons.
In the event that a guest arrives with a child or children under the age of 13 without the hotel's prior knowledge and written consent, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation and enforce cancellation fees in accordance with the reservation's policy.
