Elix Τύπος καταλύματος: Ξενοδοχείο
Το Elix είναι ένα πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο πέντε αστέρων, χτισμένο ψηλά σε λόφο κοντά στην Πάργα, στην περιοχή του Ιονίου στην ηπειρωτική Ελλάδα. Περιβάλλεται από πεύκα και ανοίγει απρόσκοπτη θέα προς το Ιόνιο Πέλαγος και τα νησιά Παξοί, Αντιπάξοι και Κέρκυρα. Από εκεί, το τοπίο ενώνει βουνά και θάλασσα και προσφέρει πανοραμική εικόνα της ακτογραμμής. Κάθε δωμάτιο έχει τη δική του βεράντα, όπου μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει κανείς το ηλιοβασίλεμα και το απέραντο γαλάζιο. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πάνω από την παραλία Καραβοστάσι, που απλώνεται ακριβώς από κάτω. Στην παραλία φτάνεις είτε με το τελεφερίκ είτε ακολουθώντας ένα δρομάκι μέσα στα δέντρα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος έχει πισίνα με ξαπλώστρες για ηλιοθεραπεία και άμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα, κατάλληλη για κολύμπι και καγιάκ. Μέσα στο Elix λειτουργεί σπα όπου μπορεί κανείς να χαλαρώσει κανείς με θεραπείες, ενώ το γυμναστήριο καλύπτει όσους θέλουν να γυμναστούν. Η κουζίνα του βασίζεται σε μεσογειακές γεύσεις, και το ξενοδοχείο οργανώνει δραστηριότητες για κάθε γούστο και ηλικία. Από ποδηλασία και πεζοπορία μέχρι πιο ήρεμες επιλογές, υπάρχει κάτι για όλους. Το Elix άνοιξε το 2021 ως μέρος της συλλογής Mar-Bella, σχεδιασμένο να συνδυάζει στιγμές δράσης και ξεκούρασης. Η τοποθεσία στη Θεσπρωτία φέρνει κοντά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος όπως η Πάργα, τα Συβότα και η Πέρδικα, με το φυσικό περιβάλλον της ηπειρωτικής ακτής να κυριαρχεί στη σκηνή. Η πρόσβαση στο ξενοδοχείο είναι εύκολη με αεροπλάνο, αυτοκίνητο ή πλοίο. Τα αεροδρόμια των Ιωαννίνων και του Ακτίου εξυπηρετούν τις μετακινήσεις, ενώ οι δρόμοι και η θάλασσα συνδέουν την περιοχή με άλλους προορισμούς.

Name Changes Policy
Name changes must be requested by the Guest or the Travel Partner that booked the original reservation and are subject to cancellation charges. The Hotelier reserves the right to cancel all confirmed bookings and charge a cancellation fee as per cancellation policy for all released rooms and release all rooms held for the previously confirmed bookings for the remaining of the period covered by this Agreement.
Meal supplement policy
ATTENTION: Please note that meal supplements are highly discounted for children so please remember to select the correct supplements for each adult (15+ years old) & children (2-14,99 years old). If the supplements are not selected according to the number of persons staying in the same room, any extra costs will be charged upon arrival.
Climate Change Resilience Tax from January 2025
Applicable Taxes Charges:
Stay Period: 1st November -31st of March
A 4€ Climate Change Resilience tax charge has been added to the per night room and basic board rate, to be paid by the guest upon arrival. The hotel reserves the right not to accommodate the guest if they refuse to pay the tax. If Climate Change Resilience tax rate change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged. The hotel reserves the right in the event of new taxes being imposed to introduce these in accordance with Greek law.

Limit for cash payments established by Greek law & Company Invoices
Cash payments (including VAT) for the purchase of products and services are permissible under 500 euros. Beyond that limit, payments should be done via bank accounts or credit/debit cards. In case you wish to receive an invoice, please click the invoice option in the online reservation form. Full company details need to be completed and deposit is required through a company credit card or a business account.
Foreign Currency Payments
Payments for your reservation will be processed in the property’s local currency. The exchange rate at the time of payment may vary from the rate shown at the time of booking. Additionally, your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee according to their policies.
Hotel with Flight Important Information
Mar-Bella Collection does not sell package holidays, if after selecting and paying for your accommodation, you book additional travel services for your holiday such as a flight you will not benefit from rights applying to packages under EU Directive 90/314 1990 on Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours. Your accommodation and any flight which you may book via our website are each booked separately by you.
