Το Kivotos Santorini βρίσκεται στον Ιμερόβιγλι, την πιο ήσυχη γειτονιά της Σαντορίνης. Σε ένα νησί γεμάτο επισκέπτες, το σημείο αυτό ξεχωρίζει για την ηρεμία του, με λίγα ξενοδοχεία και εκλεκτά εστιατόρια. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται με αυτοκίνητο, χωρίς απότομες κατηφόρες, και υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης. Από το ξενοδοχείο η θέα ανοίγεται 180 μοίρες σε όλο τον κόλπο και την καλντέρα. Διακρίνεται η αρχαία ακρόπολη Σκάρος και το ηφαίστειο. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές πισίνες, υδρομασάζ, χαμάμ, αίθουσες θεραπειών, γυμναστήριο, εστιατόριο και skybar. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν μασάζ, θαλάσσια σπορ, εκδρομές με σκάφος και υπηρεσίες μεταφοράς από και προς το αεροδρόμιο.
