Τα Koumaros Villas βρίσκονται σε ήσυχη πλαγιά στην περιοχή Λουτρά Αγίας Παρασκευής Κασσάνδρας, με αμφιθεατρική διάταξη που προσφέρει ανεμπόδιστη θέα στο Αιγαίο και τα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Το συγκρότημα αποτελείται από ανεξάρτητες βίλες σε ιδιωτικά οικόπεδα 500-1200 τ.μ., με 2 ή 3 υπνοδωμάτια που φιλοξενούν 4 έως 9 άτομα. Κάθε βίλα έχει ιδιωτικό κήπο, χώρο στάθμευσης, ευρύχωρες βεράντες με θέα στη θάλασσα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Παρέχονται κλιματισμός, τηλεόραση, δωρεάν Wi-Fi και καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους υπάρχει πισίνα με ξαπλώστρες, παιδική πισίνα, παιδική χαρά και σκάκι εξωτερικού χώρου. Τα διάσημα ιαματικά λουτρά της Αγίας Παρασκευής, ταβέρνες, μπαρ και το γραφικό λιμάνι βρίσκονται κοντά. Η παραλία απέχει 5 λεπτά οδικώς ή 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ενώ το αεροδρόμιο Θεσσαλονίκης είναι 103 χλμ. μακριά.
