Απέχει περίπου 2 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη της Μυκόνου και 3 χιλιόμετρα από το Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο Μυκόνου (JMK). Το χωριό Πλατύς Γιαλός διαθέτει πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, ταβέρνες, καφέ μπαρ και καταστήματα. Παραλίες όπως η Ψαρρού και η Όρνος βρίσκονται σε ακτίνα 2 χιλιομέτρων. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει μπαρ, χώρο υποδοχής, χώρο στάθμευσης, πισίνα με μπαρ, ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες, εστιατόριο και εξωτερική πισίνα. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια, με ένα κατοικίδιο ανά δωμάτιο έως 15 κιλά δωρεάν, και τα ζώα βοήθειας είναι ευπρόσδεκτα χωρίς χρέωση.
