The Grand Majestic 5-bedroom in-house Villa is the pinnacle of our offerings. For guests in pursuit of absolute luxury and seclusion, accompanied by 5-star service and unrivaled vistas overlooking the cosmopolitan Elia Beach, your quest has reached its destination.

The villa features five bedrooms across two floors. All five bedrooms, with two situated on the first floor and the remaining three on the second floor, are connected with an external staircase. Each bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom for guest convenience. Furthermore, four out of the five bedrooms can be interconnected. The two premium rooms on the first floor are separated by a living room area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 13 persons. Each in-house premium guestroom includes a double king-size bed and can easily host a third person on a sofa bed. Additionally, one of the guests can be accommodated in the living room area, which is furnished with a spacious sofa bed.

Located at the edge of the property, the villa boasts a private entrance, enhancing its exclusivity. For those making incognito reservations, guests of the five-bedroom villa have the option to utilize a secondary entrance via a side road, bypassing the facilities and front desk for added privacy.

The Myconian Utopia will try to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Early check-in may be available at a partial daily rate, subject to other bookings. Late check-out may be available at a half-daily rate up to 6:00 p.m. and at a full daily rate after 6:00 p.m., subject to other bookings.
