Stylish villa Iakinthos with a 30 sqm of private pool is only 30 meters from the sandy beach at Plakias village. All usefull amenities are within close walking range, huge variety of shops, groceries and restaurants. The area offers many choices of sandy beaches all with crystal clear cold waters.Iakinthos residence consists of two floors with a total area of 170 sq.m. and it can host up to six (6) people +1 sofa bed. At the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large satellite TV. On the same floor there is also a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view to the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with King size beds and closets. All bathrooms in the residence have modern design and are equipped with high quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided. Outdoors there is a 28 sq.m. private swimming pool with deck chairs where you can relax under the Cretan sun and prepare a meal in the stone barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with local plants. You can reach our residences either by Chania Airport (approximately 90 min. by car) or Heraklion Airport (approximately 120 min. by car).Plakias is built in the exit of a rich valley, surrounded by tall mountains and dense olive grove. Most of the houses are located near the small port of Plakias, surrounding the big arc-shaped bay. If you are fascinated by the panoramic view of the sea, you can visit the small village of Myrthios, up in the cliffs above Plakias, with an amazing view towards it.A panoramic view is also offered from Sellia, another small village near Plakias.At Plakias village, you will find everything you need, as there are a lot of shops and super-markets, rental and tourist offices.Visitors choose to spend their vacation in Plakias for the clear water sea and the many beautiful beaches in the area.The residences are right on the beautiful sandy beach of Paligremnos. The beach is organized with umbrellas and sun beds and the water is crystal clear.The characteristic elements of Paligremnos are the nearby huge vertical rocks that rise over the beach.
