Relax there in early morning hearing the birds or late afternoon by drinking espresso or variety of Greek herbs which we offer you complimentary in a daily base.When entering this hotel’s section of the Executive Rooms, don't forget to look up! You will realize that this stone building was once a church! Above the main entrance, you can still notice the orthodox stone cross, while at the end of the interior corridor you can still identify the vaulted shape of the shrine of the church, which today has been transformed into an indoor small garden with running water! The lamps on the ceiling of the corridor are lanterns, copies of those that previously existed in the temple! The bell tower of the church to the right of the entrance was turned into a small chapel, in memory of the one who envisioned this hotel, from the revival of the ruins that once dominated both the hill and Varos village itself. We will be more than happy if you wish to light up your candle!
