Varos Village Boutique Hotel is a 4-star property on the island of Lemnos, built around the restored structures of authentic flour mills and a grain store that form the architectural core of the complex. The design combines traditional Lemnian building style with a contemporary minimal aesthetic, resulting in 19 rooms and suites arranged across a spacious grounds that resemble a small-scale village layout. Each suite has its own private entrance and a furnished veranda overlooking either the Aegean Sea or the hotel gardens. The hotel includes a restaurant and bar, both positioned by the pool, which is filled with thermal waters sourced from Lemnia Terra springs. A gym and spa facilities are also on site, along with a multi-purpose hall with natural light. The property maintains organic vegetable and vine gardens, with produce used directly in the kitchen. A certified Greek breakfast is available on-site. The hotel sits in the interior of Lemnos rather than on the shoreline, with the beach located within 2,000 metres. Its central position on the island allows relatively short travel times to different parts of Lemnos.
