Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act – VSBG).
The competent general consumer arbitration board is the Allgemeine Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle des Zentrums für Schlichtung e. V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, Germany (www.verbraucher-schlichter.de). We always strive to resolve complaints fairly and promptly and ask you to contact us directly first.
Liability for content
