Just 450m from the sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi, this set of two modern villas is perfect for families or groups of friends. Each villa features a private pool, outdoor BBQ area, and stylish indoor spaces. Walk to tavernas, cafes, and shops, and enjoy the comfort of two independent villas side by side — ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea in beautiful Chania.Indoor FacilitiesEach villa spans 75 sqm across two floors and offers two comfortable bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom in each villa features a Coco-Mat king-size bed with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. In one villa, the upper bedroom features a king-size bed that can be converted into two singles upon request; in the other villa, the upper bedroom offers twin beds that can be configured into a king-size upon request. These upstairs bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, Smart TVs, air conditioning, and private balconies. Additionally, each villa offers a flexible room with a sofa bed, available for a fifth guest upon prior request at an extra cost. The bright living areas open directly to the private pool terraces and include cosy seating, Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, and fully equipped modern kitchens with breakfast bars.Outdoor FacilitiesOutdoors, each villa boasts a 25 sqm private swimming pool, sun loungers, poolside shower, and a pergola-covered dining area with electric BBQ — perfect for relaxed al fresco meals. Private on-site parking is also available. With a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 private pools, VillAgioi Twin Villas can accommodate up to 8 guests (or 10 with optional sofa beds), offering an ideal setting for families and friends seeking a memorable beachside escape in Crete. A small connecting gate between the pool terraces of the two villas allows guests to enjoy easy access between the properties, while still preserving privacy when desired. The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, subject to availability.VillAgioi Twin Villas are part of a group of five villas owned and managed by the same host. There are two neighbouring complexes located on the same property: VillAgioi Villas Complex consists of three villas, each with 2 bedrooms & VillaSaints Complex includes two villas, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms. Feel free to choose any villa based on the size and needs of your group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay.6/7-day cleaning serviceThe rates include housekeeping every day except Sundays & public holidays. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8€ per night/villa from April to October and 2€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival. For full transparency, we would like to mention that there is some construction activity at a neighboring property. While it has not affected the experience of our previous and recent guests, occasional daytime noise may be heard.Layout for each villaLiving area: 75 sqmOutdoor size: 95 sqmGround LevelLiving area with sofa, a 40’’ Smart satellite TV and a game consoleFully equipped kitchen with all the modern and necessary appliancesΚitchen island with bar stoolsBedroom 1: King-size bed (1.70* 2.00m) with Coco-Mat mattress, ensuite bathroom with shower, A/C, 32’’ Smart TVUpper levelBedroom 2 (villa 1): King-size bed (1.80* 2.00m) with Coco-Mat mattress that can be converted into two single beds upon request, ensuite bathroom with shower, A/C, 32’’ Smart TVBedroom 2 (villa 2): Twin beds (0.90* 2.00m) with Coco-Mat mattress that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, ensuite bathroom with shower, A/C, 32’’ Smart TVAdditional room: Sofa, that can be converted upon prior request at an additional cost to a sofa-bed for a fifth guest, Smart TV, wardrobe, A/COutdoorsPrivate outdoor swimming pool measuring 25 sqm (6.5m x 4m) with a depth of 1.40m.Sun loungers & UmbrellaBarbeque area with an electric grill barbecuePergola-protected dining areaLocationDaratso, Chania, CreteCoordinates: 35.51131, 23.98078Airports / Ports:Chania Airport: 23 km, Heraklion Airport: 144 kmChania (Souda) Port: 12 km, Heraklion Port: 142 kmGetting AroundChania Town: 5 kmBeach: 450 m Agioi ApostoloiSupermarket: 800 m Lidl & 850 cm SynkaMinimarket: 200 mTavern: 240 mGas Station: 1 kmBakery: 600 mPharmacy: 500 mButcher: 4.5 kmThe villa boasts a prime location in the seaside village of Daratso, just 5 km from Chania’s picturesque Old Town and Venetian Harbor, and only 450 meters from the renowned sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi — ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and family-friendly fun.Several other beautiful beaches are close by, including Chrissi Akti (Golden Beach), Glaros Beach, and Kalamaki, offering crystal-clear waters and excellent facilities.Guests can enjoy the best of both worlds — relaxing seaside moments and easy access to Chania’s vibrant atmosphere, shops, cafés, and restaurants.
