Outdoor facilitiesThe amenities of the exterior area will catch your eye as much as the interior. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table under a pergola, a kitchen with a sink and a charcoal BBQ where you can gather for a heartwarming evening. The surrounding of the villa underlines the beauty of this residence giving a very calm and easygoing feeling while at the same time, you can relax and get closer to the beauty of nature at its finest. An outdoor jacuzzi will be found on the balcony on the first floor. This elegant simplicity completes this serene place so effortlessly! Don't forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa for your cars.From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March.
