Jede Villa verfügt über einen privaten Whirlpool, einen weitläufigen Swimmingpool und eine eigene Terrasse mit Ausblick. Die Außenbereiche sind zudem mit Grillmöglichkeiten gestaltet und eignen sich für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Zur Ausstattung gehören kostenloses WLAN, Satelliten-TV, Poolliegen, Sonnenschirme sowie Pool- und Strandtücher. Kostenlose Fahrräder stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Private Parkplätze, ein Safe und eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption ergänzen das praktische Angebot. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Auf Anfrage lassen sich unter anderem Flughafentransfers, Mietwagen und Motorräder, Bootsausflüge sowie persönliche Inselrundfahrten organisieren. - • Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Maximum Occupancy Limits
- • Each villa has a designated maximum occupancy that must not be exceeded.
- • Only guests registered at the time of booking may stay overnight.
- • Any unauthorized occupants are strictly prohibited and may lead to reservation cancellation, financial penalties, and/or immediate expulsion from the villa, without compensation.

- • The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to rent a villa independently.
- • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in.

Quiet Hours (Local Law Compliance)
- • Loud noise is prohibited by law during the following hours:

- • No lifeguard is on duty — use of pools is at your own risk.

In the event that any of the above terms are not accepted or are breached, management reserves the right to terminate the stay and require immediate evacuation of the villa, without any obligation for refund or compensation.
