Das Hotel verfügt über neun individuell gestaltete Zimmer, die jeweils für Komfort und Stil konzipiert sind. Die Innenräume sind durch gealterte Metalle, farbenfrohe Details und lokales Handwerk geprägt und schaffen eine raffinierte und authentische Atmosphäre. Zu den Gemeinschaftsbereichen gehören Aufenthaltsräume mit traditionellen Kaminen, ruhige Lesebereiche, eine Bar und ein Snackbereich, ein Spiel- und Heimkinozimmer sowie ein Wellnessbereich mit Dampfbad und Jacuzzi. Die Außenbereiche bieten ruhige Sitzgelegenheiten mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das traditionelle Dorfensemble. Das Hotel liegt in Kato Pedina, einer traditionellen Siedlung in den Zagori-Dörfern, auf 950 Metern Höhe. Die Immobilie befindet sich in der Nähe des Dorfplatzes mit Blick über ein geschütztes Tal.
