Aspasias Traditional House ist ein 95 m² großes, ebenerdiges Ferienhaus in Koskinou auf Rhodes. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche. Ein privater Innenhof mit Grillbereich erweitert den Wohnraum nach draußen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Klimaanlage, zwei Flachbildfernseher und WLAN. Das Haus wurde 2020 renoviert, wobei die traditionelle Gestaltung erhalten blieb. Die prächtige Fassade, Holzdecken und traditionelle Möbel prägen den Charakter der Unterkunft. Auch der ebenerdige Grundriss wurde bewahrt. Das Ferienhaus eignet sich für Paare, Familien und gemeinsam reisende Freunde, die eine ruhige Umgebung mit traditionellem Ortsbild bevorzugen. Der Strand von Faliraki liegt 4 km entfernt, die Thermalquellen von Kallithea erreichen Sie nach 3 km. Auf Anfrage stehen ein Flughafen- und Hafentransfer sowie die Vermietung von Autos und Motorrädern zur Verfügung. Ein Arzt kann ebenfalls auf Anfrage vermittelt werden. Feuerlöscher und Rauchmelder sind vorhanden.

Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited at any time.
CHILDREN
Children aged 2 years and above are welcome.
Baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
BARBECUE & OUTDOOR AREAS
Fire must always be closely supervised.
Due to dry summer conditions, the area is highly flammable.
After use, extinguish the fire carefully using a small amount of water.
Keep the yard door closed when inside the property.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is from 16:00.
Early check-in may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is strictly by 11:00.
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Before departure, please ensure:
All lights, appliances, and air-conditioning units are switched off.
Furniture is returned to its original position.
All dishes are washed.
Garbage is disposed of in the outdoor bins.
Used towels are placed in the bathroom laundry baskets.
All windows and doors are closed and locked.

DAMAGE & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
A security deposit (€300 – €1000) may be required.
In case of any damage or breakage, please inform us immediately.
