Assos Villas – Braunis Horio Villas befinden sich im Dorf Assos auf der Insel Kefalonia, auf einer Landzunge mit freiem Blick über die Bucht. Die Anlage umfasst Villen mit zwei oder drei Schlafzimmern, die jeweils über einen privaten Swimmingpool und direkten Meerblick verfügen. Über eine Treppe besteht direkter Zugang zum Wasser, der zu einer kleinen Badeplattform führt. Der Strand Plakes ist schwimmend in etwa 200 Metern erreichbar. Von verschiedenen Punkten der Anlage eröffnen sich Ausblicke auf die venezianische Burg von Assos, den Hafen sowie das offene Ionische Meer. Die Lage zwischen dem Strand von Myrtos und Fiscardo ermöglicht eine gute Erreichbarkeit beider Ziele, wobei Myrtos Beach etwa zehn Autominuten entfernt liegt. Das Dorf Assos zeichnet sich durch eine ruhige Atmosphäre aus, mit Tavernen direkt am Wasser, die vor allem abends geöffnet sind. Der Flughafen von Kefalonia liegt rund 50 Kilometer entfernt. Jede Villa ist als eigenständige Wohneinheit konzipiert und bietet private Außenbereiche mit Ausrichtung zur Küste. Der Swimmingpool bildet das zentrale Element des Außenbereichs, ergänzt durch Flächen zum Essen und Entspannen im Freien. Cancellation Policy :

In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non refundable. If the cancellation takes place within the 4 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is non refundable.
