Die Belvedere Waterfront Villa & Suites in Mykonos ist eine ehemalige Privatresidenz aus den späten 1960er Jahren, die als erstes privates Haus auf der Insel über einen eigenen Pool verfügte. Die Villa ist vollständig vom Belvedere Hotel serviciert und bietet 190 m² Innenfläche sowie 725 m² Außenbereich. Sie besteht aus drei Suiten, die einzeln oder gemeinsam gebucht werden können und Platz für bis zu 9 Gäste bieten. Jede Suite (50–76 m²) ist mit einem Kingsize-Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ausgestattet. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein 24-Stunden-Butler-Service, tägliche Reinigung, ein privater Whirlpool, eine Sonnenterrasse, ein Außenpool, drei Außenbars sowie Essen von Matsuhisa Mykonos. Gäste haben Zugang zum Pool und Fitnessstudio des Belvedere Hotels. Die Lage ist zentral – nur fünf Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und nahe der Stadt Mykonos – und bietet einen spektakulären Meerblick.

1. General Booking Policy
By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to the hotel’s Terms & Conditions.
All reservations must be guaranteed with the required deposit prepayment.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment is not succesfull within 24hours after the booking received.
2. Climate Resilience Tax
According to Greek government legislation, a Climate Resilience Tax of €15 per room/suite per night applies.
This tax is payable directly at the hotel upon check-out.
The tax amount is determined by the Greek authorities and may be subject to change without prior notice.
3. Last-Minute Cancellation
Last-minute cancellation is defined as any cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the official check-in date.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation or a reduction of stay after check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total reservation amount.
4. No-Show Policy
In case of no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged and the reservation will be released.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Pets Policy
Small pets are allowed only upon prior request and written confirmation from the hotel.
