Damma Mia ist ein freistehendes Haus am Strand von Damouchari, am Fuße des Berges Pelion. Ursprünglich vor 1900 unterhalb der venezianischen Burg erbaut und 2014 eröffnet, besticht es durch seine geschwungene, höhlenartige Innenform, die mit lokalen Materialien errichtet wurde. Das Haus verfügt über zwei kürzlich renovierte Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, die zu einer überdachten Innenveranda führen. Die Sonnenterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das angrenzende Meer. Die moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche befindet sich neben dem Haupteingang und der Außenterrasse. Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste: 6 Erwachsene (ab 9 Jahren) und 2 Kinder (0-8 Jahre). Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Whirlpool, kostenfreies WLAN, ein 55-Zoll-Satellitenfernseher, Netflix-Zugang, ein Mini-iPad, ein Bluetooth-Lautsprechersystem, eine umweltfreundliche Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, ein Gas- und Holzkohlegrill sowie Badetücher. Täglich werden den Gästen zwei Sonnenschirme und Strandpoufs exklusiv reserviert. Weitere Annehmlichkeiten umfassen Flughafen-/Hafentransfer, Babysitting auf Anfrage, Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme, Bootsausflüge, Auto- und Motorradverleih, Concierge-Service, tägliche Reinigung, Spielzimmer, Massagen, Zeitungszustellung auf Anfrage, Parkplatz, Haustiere erlaubt, privater Check-in/Check-out, Safe und englische sowie griechische Sprachkenntnisse.

Our villa is constantly upgraded to furniture, décor, home appliances and groceries. We respect all future guests while maintaining a clean and organized home, as well as outdoor facilities at all times.
- We have adopted a pet-friendly policy, and allow them to stay free of charge only in the open areas of our residence.
- Smoking is also allowed only in open spaces and not close to flammable furniture or equipment. Compensation charges for any damage may apply on check out.
- Parties and events are not permitted without prior written request and consent of the accommodation. Additional charges may apply depending on the period.
- Seasonal common “Quiet Hours” apply from April 1st through September 30th, for all residents in Damouchari. Summer Period: 15:00 - 17:30 & 23:00 - 07:00.

No parking on property - Parking is free 2' (300m) from the house. Guests of Damma Mia can have a short term 15' parking at 20m from house entrance to unload!
Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security cameras guard the house perimeter 24/7 for safety reasons. Interior spaces are not recorded.
