Die Koumaros Villas liegen auf einem ruhigen Hang in Loutra Agia Paraskevi, Chalkidiki, und bieten einen freien Blick auf die Ägäis. Die Anlage besteht aus unabhängigen, voll ausgestatteten Villen auf privaten Grundstücken von 500 bis 1.200 Quadratmetern. Jede Villa verfügt über 2 oder 3 Schlafzimmer und Platz für 4 bis 9 Gäste. Zu den Ausstattungsmerkmalen gehören ein eigener Garten, Parkplatz, geräumige Terrassen mit Meerblick, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage, Satelliten-TV, kostenloses WLAN und täglicher Reinigungsservice. Die Rezeption ist täglich von 8 bis 18 Uhr besetzt. Auf Wunsch können zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wie Wäscherei, Frühstück und Flughafentransfer arrangiert werden. Die Villen erstrecken sich über drei Ebenen und bieten Wohn- und Essbereiche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie Außenbereiche mit Grill, Sonnenterrasse und schattigen Plätzen. Zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung stehen ein kleiner Swimmingpool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, ein Kinderplanschbecken, ein Spielplatz und ein Schachbrett im Freien zur Verfügung. Die berühmten Thermalbäder von Agia Paraskevi sowie Tavernen, Bars und der malerische kleine Hafen sind in der Nähe. Der Strand ist etwa fünf Autominuten oder 25 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Flughafen Thessaloniki liegt 103 Kilometer entfernt. Die Koumaros Villas verbinden Ruhe, Panoramablick und aufmerksamen Service – eine gute Wahl für Familien und Gäste, die entspannte Tage am Ägäischen Meer verbringen möchten.
