Cancellation terms | Refund of prepayments

If the couple has requested accommodation and later requests the cancellation of this service, the total offer will not change

If clients request the full cancellation of all services, the (10%) prepayment is not refunded, as this is spread across core vendors for the reservation of their services on your wedding date. If cancellation occurs less than 6 months prior to the start of the services, the second payment stream is not refunded too.

If clients request the postponement of the services, prepayment and any subsequent payment remain valid until the realization of the services. It is noted that a postponement to the following year or later will entail a re-estimation of the cost. The new dates will have to be agreed between Palazzo di P and the client.

If cancellation occurs due to force majeure (i.e. geopolitical/war, floods, natural disasters, and any other event classified as force majeure), the event will be postponed, while prepayments remain valid until realization of services

Servicer obligations

Palazzo Di P is responsible to provide exclusive access to the Venue to the official guest list

Palazzo Di P is responsible to provide the property for the use as a Wedding Venue from the clients on the date specified in this agreement

Palazzo Di P is responsible to ensure that the local authorities (i.e. police, town hall) will be notified for the execution of the events described in this agreement

Palazzo Di P is responsible to coordinate and provide the agreed services

Palazzo di P is responsible to adhere to local law and regulations regarding the operation of the Venue, including the appointment of licenced Vendors, and keeping the sound levels at the limits and times as prescribed by the law.

Wedding venue & Accommodation

Pricing depends on the declared total number of guests above. Adjustments to the cost of catering will be applied 6 months before the wedding event with the final declaration of the expected number of guests attending the wedding. The couple must provide final numbers no later than six months prior to the wedding.

Pool facilities will be closed for the wedding event, as its use is prohibited according to law during the event.

Venue/Event closes at 00.00 (AM). All guests will be transferred to their hotels.

Venue/Event opening shall start no earlier than 15.30 (guest arrival) and if Ceremony is to be conducted at the Venue, this will be either at 16.15 or 16.30.

If accommodation is included in the package, only the official occupants (max 10) can remain at the Venue/Villa premises after the event, while no extension of the party is allowed. Music or use of the pool after the event is prohibited according to law.

If accommodation is included in the package, check-in is at 15.00, unless the check-in date is also the wedding date. In that case, the couple can access the Venue after 12.00 at the Bridal Suite and Groom's Suite. Check-out is at 10.30 AM.

If accommodation is included in the package, which includes extra nights from the Wedding night, the use of the Venue will be for accommodation only, while no other events are permitted (pre-wedding/after wedding), or other social events at the premises. Furthermore, it is not permitted for non occupants to access the Venue without prior notification of the Venue, who has the right to deny the access if the number of visitors exceeds 5, while the use of pool or other facilities by others than the occupants is prohibited according to law and the licence of the Venue.
