Avgi by the sea is situated on the first floor of a two-storey building. The house features two double bedrooms. One of them has a king-size bed, while the second one has two single beds that can be converted to a double one.The living room may serve as a third bedroom, since its sofa is converted to a double bed that is ideal for two adults to sleep. The dining room has a capacity of 6 persons. The typical kitchen sink made of stone in the fully-equipped kitchen will catch your attention. Two bathrooms provide hosts with extra comfort. The balcony serving the entrance of the house makes a place where hosts can have breakfast or a drink, while gazing at the stunning view of the Pagasitikos Golf. Last but not least, the small yard right in front of the main entrance offers the possibility to enjoy the sun and relax after swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the sea, located at just a few steps away from the house.
