On the same floor there is also a WC and a storeroom with a washer.Walking up the stairs one will find two bedrooms (one equipped with a queen-sized bed and another with two single ones) that share a common bathroom and access a balcony with a view of the swimming pool. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, couch that converts to a bed, a private bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view of the sea.Stepping outside, there is a beautiful swimming pool (3.5m x 8m) with a maximum depth of 1.50m, complete with parasols, chaises longues, outdoor shower and a hammock. There is a built BBQ, so that the guests can grill the meals they desire, and an outdoor dining area to savor them. You can relax sitting outside and letting the evergreen surrounding olive trees calm your soul.
