The luxurious newly built villa is situated west of the town Chania, at a distance of approximately 22 kilometers. The villa is built with stone and it is literally on the sea shore with direct access to the beach. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue. The interior of the villa comprises of three floors. On the ground level there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with a private bath room and balcony. The balconies have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the basement there is a third bedroom with bathroom and a forth double bedroom with no windows.Important Notice:The main house can be used by 6 people.
