On the outside you can find a pool and a children's pool, with a spacious pool deck and sun beds. Moreover a BBQ area can be found next to the pool for some Cretan delicacies. It has its own electric locking gate, fenced-in garden and 2 enclosed garage parking places with a few more parking places just outside. The villa has 3 floors where the first and second floor is identical in size and room giving you privacy and individuality since they both have a main entrance door. Both with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and with panoramic views of the ocean and landscape. Stepping into the villa from the first floor, one finds himself in the living/lounge area, with its comfortable sofas, Flat screen TV, WIFI, etc. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, etc. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds. All of them have their own bathroom, TV, air-condition, reading lamps, massive wardrobes. All 4 bedrooms in both floors have their own private balcony! On the ground floor there is the last bedroom with 2 twin beds, a small kitchen, living room and a WC. The keynote of this modern villa is its privacy.
