Dynamic Yoga (Hatha), 4:00-5:00 indoors, on yoga mats. Morning and evening we practice on the sand, among the trees, gazing at the sea. The murmur of the waves is our music. In the afternoon we work in a spacious room on yoga mats. Feel flexibility and strength, calm and confidence, relaxation and inspiration!WHO TEACHES ?Maggie Boogaart (Amsterdam, Netherlands) has been teaching yoga-Pilates and modern Graham dance for 28 years. She is a choreographer and director of Paris Marais Dance School, drawing on a 25-year career as an international contemporary dancer and later as director of her own company, Dragon Productions. All her work is based on breath and connection with the earth. Maggie teaches in French and English
