Die Villa Scarlet, auf einem privilegierten Hügelhang erbaut, ist ein abgeschiedenes Refugium mit Panoramablick auf das Meer. Nur wenige Kilometer vom lebendigen Mykonos-Städtchen und 800 Meter vom berühmten Paradise Beach entfernt, ist diese Luxusvilla ideal für Gäste, die Privatsphäre und Ruhe schätzen, aber dennoch in der Nähe der Hotspots der Insel sein möchten. Sie verfügt über 7 luxuriöse Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, eine riesige Außenfläche von 4.000 m² sowie alle erstklassigen Annehmlichkeiten und Services eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Das Anwesen ist eingezäunt und gesichert, verfügt über eine Alarmanlage und private Parkplätze für bis zu 6 Autos.
Außenbereich
Von Natur umgeben und mit natürlichen Materialien erbaut, bietet die Villa majestätische Ausblicke auf den Sonnenuntergang und den Paradise Beach. Zu Scarlet gehören private, landschaftsgärtnerisch gestaltete Gärten sowie eine grüne Rasenfläche am Pool. Der große 120 m² Pool verfügt über eine Gegenstromanlage, und ein angrenzender Whirlpool bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Es gibt zwei Sonnenterassen, eine am Pool und eine auf einer tiefer gelegenen Ebene mit einem zentralen Kamin für besondere Momente unter den Sternen nach einem langen, erholsamen Urlaubstag. Als ob das nicht genug wäre, gibt es außerdem einen weiteren privaten, beheizten Pool mit Massagedüsen außerhalb einer der Schlafzimmer-Suiten, und zwei der Suiten haben einen Außen-Whirlpool. Für Ihr Essen unter freiem Himmel steht ein Außendiningbereich mit einem BBQ-Grill für den Privatkoch zur Verfügung, während Sie sich in Ihrer Paradiesvilla entspannen und erholen.

Scarlet ist eine zeitgenössische, stilvolle moderne Villa mit hochwertiger Innenarchitektur und Ausstattung. Die kühlen, neutralen Töne, der Marmorboden und die dunklen Holzoberflächen schaffen eine Atmosphäre vollkommener Luxuriösität. Der geräumige Wohnbereich hat große Fenstertüren zur Poolterrasse, es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Esszimmer für bis zu 10 Gäste mit Zugang zum Außendiningbereich, sowie eine integrierte Bar für Ihren morgendlichen Espresso. Auf der oberen Ebene befinden sich 2 Hauptschlafzimmer, die sich einen Außen-Whirlpool teilen, während sich auf der Gartenebene 4 luxuriöse Schlafzimmer mit Terrassenzugang befinden. Hinzu kommt eine unabhängige Gästesuite, die durch den Garten zugänglich ist und über einen eigenen, beheizten Pool mit Massagedüsen und einer Sonnenterrasse verfügt.
