BlueVillas Luxury Concept Mykonos is a villa situated in the southern part of Mykonos, providing views over Platis Gialos and Psarou beaches. The property includes a private infinity pool with views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The terrace features an alfresco dining area under a pergola, sunbeds for relaxation, and Bluetooth speakers for entertainment.

The villa is spread across three floors, accommodating up to 12 guests. On the ground floor, there are three en-suite bedrooms, a living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor contains two bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, and another kitchen, all offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The second floor has a bedroom with a private veranda, along with a kitchen and living-dining space that open onto balconies. Each floor provides access to outdoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy the scenery.

The design incorporates modern materials that blend with the natural rock formations on the property. This setup offers privacy for groups, with multiple living and dining spaces across different levels. The villa is a short drive from Mykonos Town and Psarou Beach.

Security Deposit: is collected via one sole bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the arrival day, or if supported, via credit card before or upon check-in and it is refunded to the same credit card or bank account within 5 working days after the check-out.

Upon check-in the client should present the credit card which was used for the booking confirmation along with the passport or ID of the card holder.

According to the law 5073/2023, the total amount of the booking doesn’t include the Climate Resilience Tax which is paid directly to the villa.

Climate Resilience Tax details:

Effective Date: The tax applies to all bookings with check-in date from January 1, 2025.

From November to March (low season): amounts from 2 euros up to 4 euros per villa per night.

From April to October (high season): amounts from 8 euros up to 15 euros per villa per night.
