Eleni Villa I features two flats, one on the upper floor and the other on the ground floor, each offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4-5 persons. Both flats boast two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a spacious living room with a seating set, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The flat on the upper floor has an added bonus of a fireplace and a balcony with garden furniture, while the ground floor flat has a veranda with garden furniture. Both flats have air conditioning for guests' comfort.
Eleni Villa II is a maisonette that can accommodate up to 6-7 persons. With 100 sqm of living space, a 5 sqm balcony, and a 36 sqm veranda, this house boasts three bedrooms (two with balconies) on the upper floor, a shower/WC, and a large living room with a kitchen on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a sofa, fireplace, large TV, and dining table, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge, oven, and extractor bonnet. There is also a small toilet on the ground floor, and one of the bedrooms has a balcony. The house also features a large covered terrace with bergola and wine arbour and garden furniture.
Both houses are kept in pristine condition with bed linen and towels changed every 4 days. Guests can request earlier changes if needed. Enjoy a relaxing evening with friends and family by cooking up a delicious meal on the provided barbecue in the garden.

Damages:
Damage that happens during stay: must be reported immediately to the landlord or local service in writing, an Email is sufficient. The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him in the amount of the replacement / repair costs. The tenant has to treat the rented accommodation and the furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately. The tenant is liable for all damage caused by him, persons who have travelled with him or guests taken in by him as well as pets to which he grants access to the rented property, regardless of the tenant's own fault.
Fellow travelers:
The tenant is allowed to use the accommodation only with as many people or with the pets as booked. The inclusion of additional persons or pets not booked is not permitted without the prior consent (consent) of the owner. The owner reserves the right to make use of his extraordinary right of termination in such a case. The use of the accommodation is limited to the booked period of use for vacation purposes.
