Welcome to our lovely accommodation in Platanias, Pelion, situated in a peaceful location just a stone's throw away from the beach. Our 2-storey house comprises of two charming apartments, each covering an area of 50 sqm.
Our Type D apartment is located on the elevated ground floor, featuring a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a kitchen-living room with an additional sleeping possibility, a modern shower/WC, a kitchenette with a dining table for four people, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and a balcony furnished with garden furniture. This cozy apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons.
Our Type F apartment is located on the upper floor, offering a similar layout with a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed, a kitchen-living room with an extra sleeping possibility, a contemporary shower/WC, a kitchenette with a dining table for four people, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and a balcony with garden furniture. This charming apartment is perfect for 2-4 people.
For those arriving by car, parking facilities are available nearby. Within 100m, you can reach the beach, and after a short walk of 170m, you'll find yourself on the sandy beach of Platanias. For those looking for a change of scenery, the beautiful sandy beach of Mikro is only 500m away and can be accessed by foot or by boat. Several boats shuttle between Platanias and Mikro throughout the day. With a rental car, you can also explore other stunning beaches nearby, such as Kastri, Xinovrisi, Potistikia, Kalamos, Pau, and many more.

Reservations / payments
Reservations: payment in advance is necessary.
Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price.
For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival 50% of the total price.
The remainder of the price must be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancelations:
For the cancelation to be considered valid, you must send it via e-mail in which you MUST receive a reply. (Cancelations via phone will not be consider valid).
A deposit of 30% is required for your booking to be valid
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before arrival 10% of the booked price. (If you paid more, the amount will be refunded)
59 to 22 days before arrival 30% of the booked price
21 to 15 days before arrival 60% of the booked price
14 days before arrival 100% of the booked price.
