Anthyllion Villa Lefokastro Pelion
Location: Situated approximately 30 km south of Volos, between Afissos and Kalamos, Lefokastro remains largely untouched by mass tourism. There are only a few small accommodations for travelers seeking peace and authenticity. Anthyllion is located outside the settlement of Lefokastro, in a large and well-maintained garden. It is built on the hillside above the sandy beach of Agia Efthimia in Lefokastro, ensuring beautiful sea views from all apartments. Lefokastro has two tavernas, with shopping available in Afissos or Argalasti.
Parking: Parking is available within the property grounds.
Beach: The sandy beach of Agia Efthimia in Lefokastro is about 50-100 meters away. The nearest beach in Lefokastro is approximately 500 meters, or 1.8 km in Afissos.
Your Accommodation: Anthyllion features 5 apartments (each approximately 45 sqm). Each apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished and has a large balcony with garden furniture and unobstructed sea views. The garden includes a barbecue area and garden furniture for guest use.
5 Apartments - each accommodating 2-3 people (two of which are also suitable for 2 adults + 2 children): Each apartment is very tastefully and modernly furnished. The entire apartment is essentially one room. The sleeping area with a double bed is separated from the rest of the apartment either by a counter or curtains. The living area includes a large sofa bed, fireplace, TV, heating, a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a terrace with garden furniture and sea views.
Cleaning: Cleaning is done every 3 days. Bed linen and towel changes are also carried out every 3 days.

Booking Conditions and Payment Method
To make a firm reservation, please note the following payment terms:
- If you book up to 21 days before your arrival, you need to pay 100% of the total travel price.
- If you book between 40 and 22 days before your arrival, you need to pay 30% of the total travel price at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 3 weeks before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy and Costs
You can cancel your booking at any time before the start of your trip. The cancellation costs depend on when we receive your cancellation notice (by email):
- Up to 60 days before departure: 10% of the booked price (any excess amount paid will be refunded).
- 59 to 41 days before departure: 30% of the booked price.
- 40 to 15 days before departure: 60% of the booked price.
- 14 days or less before departure or no-show: 100% of the booked price.
Note: A deposit of 30% of the total travel price is required at all times.
