Its orientation faces the sunset to enjoy a peaceful afternoon from the comfort of your private pool.Its ground floor (48 sqm) features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining-room area with a large table for six, a bathroom with shower, a living-room area with two built-in sofas (typical of Cycladic architecture), a fireplace and a TV set. The living room opens up to a patio featuring a swimming pool, pouf sunbeds and a table with seating for up to six guests.The lower floor (48 sqm) features two bedrooms with double built-in beds with Coco-Mat mattresses and a bathroom with shower. On the same floor, you will also find "Books & Playground", a small space for quiet reading and board games, or for accommodating one extra guest on a futon armchair bed.Private pool dimensions: 7m x 4m
