A 600€ refundable damage deposit apply upon booking, paid at least 14 working days prior date of arrival or upon arrival if the date is less than 14 days. Payment will be made via bank transfer at the Owner's bank account. 

Security deposit is refunded in full within at the Guest's bank account 7 working days after check-out, provided proper check-out procedures are followed and no serious damage or missing items at the premices.
