Amara Luxury Villas is a five-star villa property in Rhodes, Greece, located near the village of Lachania. The contemporary villas have spacious interiors with premium furnishings and fully equipped kitchens, providing practical spaces for preparing meals and longer stays. Each villa includes a private whirlpool, an expansive swimming pool and a private terrace with views. The outdoor areas also feature barbecue facilities for preparing meals in the open air. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, satellite TV, pool sunbeds, umbrellas and pool towels, while private parking is available on site. The property accepts pets and offers concierge assistance, airport or port transfers, car and motorbike rental, boat trips and personal island tours on request, with some services charged separately. - • Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Maximum Occupancy Limits
- • Each villa has a designated maximum occupancy that must not be exceeded.
- • Only guests registered at the time of booking may stay overnight.
- • Any unauthorized occupants are strictly prohibited and may lead to reservation cancellation, financial penalties, and/or immediate expulsion from the villa, without compensation.

- • The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to rent a villa independently.
- • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in.

Quiet Hours (Local Law Compliance)
- • Loud noise is prohibited by law during the following hours:

- • No lifeguard is on duty — use of pools is at your own risk.

In the event that any of the above terms are not accepted or are breached, management reserves the right to terminate the stay and require immediate evacuation of the villa, without any obligation for refund or compensation.
