Arota Exclusive Villas consists of four independent villas in Akrotiri, Santorini, each offering Caldera views and a blend of modern architecture with traditional Santorini mansion influences. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards, just a few minutes from Akrotiri village and about a 20-minute drive from Santorini International Airport and Athinios port. Each villa includes a private heated pool, an external jacuzzi, a hammam, a garden, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and daily breakfast is prepared by the chef and served in the villa between 8:00 and 10:30. For dinner, guests can order from a menu prepared by the chef from a nearby restaurant, served from 18:00 to 21:00. Additional amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe deposit box, parking, and pool sunbeds and umbrellas.

Pay off of any amount has to be settled 21days prior each arrival, and bank transfer receipt has to be send. Failure to do so, results cancellation of the reservation, and in case a deposit has been recieved, there will be no refund.
