A late cancellation from 7 days (by 12:.01pm local time) prior to arrival and on, a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay will incur

3). Early departure: 100% of remaining stay will apply as an early departure fee.
4). No Shows: No shows for all rooms will incur in a penalty fee equal to 100% of the total stay.

Any cancellation fee will be debited to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation.

Climate Resilience Tax is payable upon arrival in cash, it is 10€/room/night for 2025.
