Avlemonas Bay Sea Houses Property Type: Apartments
Avlemonas Bay Sea Houses are a collection of apartments and studios located in the coastal village of Avlemonas on Kythira. The property consists of two separate buildings, both offering sea views and proximity to the bay. The first property, completed in 2017, is situated in the central bay area and includes a Superior Sea View Double for two guests and a Superior Sea View Apartment for four guests. The second property is newly constructed and positioned about 100 meters from Avlemonas Bay, featuring five double sea view studios and two apartments that each accommodate four guests. All units range in size from 25 m² to 50 m², providing spacious layouts with tasteful decor designed for a comfortable stay. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, central heating, TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Spacious balconies and terraces offer views of the sea, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings. The apartments are conveniently located near shops for groceries, as well as restaurants and a traditional café, all within easy walking distance of the sea. The owners personally supervise the accommodation, ensuring attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Για ακύρωση 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, θα υπάρχει χρέωση του 50% του συνολικού ποσού.
Σε περίπτωση μη εμφανίσεως χρέωση του 100% του συνολικού ποσού.
Σε περίπτωση πρόωρης αναχώρησης σε σχέση με την προγραμματισμένη διαμονή θα υπάρχει χρέωση του 50% της υπολειπόμενης περιόδου

Δεν υπάρχει χρέωση για ακύρωση 60 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης
Για ακύρωση 60 ημέρες και έπειτα πριν την ημερομηνία της άφιξης , θα υπάρχει χρέωση 50% του συνολικού ποσού.
Για ακύρωση 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, θα υπάρχει χρέωση του 75% του συνολικού ποσού.
Σε περίπτωση μη εμφανίσεως χρέωση του 100% του συνολικού ποσού.
Σε περίπτωση πρόωρης αναχώρησης σε σχέση με την προγραμματισμένη διαμονή θα υπάρχει χρέωση του 50% της υπολειπόμενης περιόδου
