Belvedere Mykonos is a 5-star waterfront villa in Mykonos, originally built in the late 1960s as the first private residence on the island to feature its own swimming pool. The property offers 190m² of indoor space and 725m² of outdoor space, divided into three suites that can be rented individually or together, accommodating up to 9 guests. Each suite ranges from 50m² to 76m² and includes king-size bedrooms, a living room with sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is serviced by the Belvedere Hotel, providing 24-hour butler service, daily maid service, and access to the hotel's swimming pool and fitness studio. Outdoor amenities include three bars, a private sundeck with sun loungers and whirlpool, a swimming pool, outdoor dining and relaxation areas, and Mykonian gardens. Guests also enjoy complimentary valet parking, airport or port transfer, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a safe deposit box. The villa offers sea views and is a 5-minute walk from the Belvedere Mykonos Hotel, placing it near Mykonos Town.

1. General Booking Policy
By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to the hotel’s Terms & Conditions.
All reservations must be guaranteed with the required deposit prepayment.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment is not succesfull within 24hours after the booking received.
2. Climate Resilience Tax
According to Greek government legislation, a Climate Resilience Tax of €15 per room/suite per night applies.
This tax is payable directly at the hotel upon check-out.
The tax amount is determined by the Greek authorities and may be subject to change without prior notice.
3. Last-Minute Cancellation
Last-minute cancellation is defined as any cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the official check-in date.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation or a reduction of stay after check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total reservation amount.
4. No-Show Policy
In case of no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged and the reservation will be released.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Pets Policy
Small pets are allowed only upon prior request and written confirmation from the hotel.
