1. General Booking Policy
By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to the hotel’s Terms & Conditions.
All reservations must be guaranteed with the required deposit prepayment.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment is not succesfull within 24hours after the booking received.
2. Climate Resilience Tax
According to Greek government legislation, a Climate Resilience Tax per room/suite per night applies.
This tax is payable directly at the hotel upon check-out.
The tax amount is determined by the Greek authorities and may be subject to change without prior notice.
3. Last-Minute Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Last-minute cancellation is defined as any cancellation made within 24 hours prior to arrival. In case of last-minute cancellation, no-show, or reduction of stay after check-in, up to 100% of the total reservation amount may be charged. The reservation will be released in case of no-show.
4. Smoking Policy
All rooms are non-smoking. Guests may smoke only on private balconies, terraces, or designated outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee will apply in case of smoking inside the room.
5. Pets Policy
Small pets are allowed only upon prior request and written confirmation from the hotel.
