Cypress Garden Villas Kefalonia comprises five fully renovated detached holiday homes in the Svoronata area of Kefalonia. Each villa provides independent accommodation with its own private outdoor space, either a garden or a pool. The complex is positioned a short distance from Avithos and Ai Helis beaches, with Svoronata village located approximately 4 km from Kefalonia International Airport.

Villa Magnolia and Villa Rosemary each include a private pool measuring 3 x 7 meters and can accommodate up to four guests. Villa Mimosa and Villa Ostria are each 50 sq.m. in total area with one bedroom and a private garden, also sleeping up to four. The Deluxe Suite Zefyros features a patio area and accommodates two guests. All units offer patios or verandas with views of the garden or pool, along with open private parking within the estate.

Inside each accommodation, you will find an open plan lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious double bedroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed for two, suitable for children. Air conditioning units are installed in all rooms throughout the villas. Within walking distance of the complex, there are restaurants, a mini market, and car hire companies.

The anchorage of Agia Pelagia is about 3 km away, providing opportunities for daily cruises. Argostoli, the capital, is 9 km from the villas. A five-minute drive gives access to several sandy beaches in the southern part of the island, including Avithos, Agios Helis, Ammes, Minies, and Spasmata, which are organized with sun beds and umbrellas.
