Damma Mia is a stand-alone house at Damouchari beach, at the foot of Mount Pelion. Built before 1900 underneath the Venetian Castle and opened in 2014, it features a curved indoor “Cave”-shape constructed with local materials. The house has two recently refurbished rooms, each with an en-suite private bathroom, leading to a covered indoor patio. A sun terrace overlooks the adjacent beach with sea views. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is next to the main entrance and the outdoor patio. The property accommodates up to 8 guests: 6 adults (aged 9 and above) and 2 children (aged 0-8). Facilities include a Jacuzzi, free Wi-Fi, a 55-inch Satellite TV, Netflix accounts, a mini iPad, a Bluetooth sound system, an eco-friendly washing machine and dishwasher, a coral gas and coal barbecue, and beach towels. Two beach umbrellas and beach poufs are reserved daily for guests. Additional amenities include airport/port transfer service, baby sitting (on request), beach sunbeds and umbrellas, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, concierge, daily housekeeping, a games room, massage services, newspaper delivery (upon request), parking, pet-friendly policy, private check-in/check-out, a safe deposit box, and spoken languages in English and Greek.

Our villa is constantly upgraded to furniture, décor, home appliances and groceries. We respect all future guests while maintaining a clean and organized home, as well as outdoor facilities at all times.
- We have adopted a pet-friendly policy, and allow them to stay free of charge only in the open areas of our residence.
- Smoking is also allowed only in open spaces and not close to flammable furniture or equipment. Compensation charges for any damage may apply on check out.
- Parties and events are not permitted without prior written request and consent of the accommodation. Additional charges may apply depending on the period.
- Seasonal common “Quiet Hours” apply from April 1st through September 30th, for all residents in Damouchari. Summer Period: 15:00 - 17:30 & 23:00 - 07:00.

No parking on property - Parking is free 2' (300m) from the house. Guests of Damma Mia can have a short term 15' parking at 20m from house entrance to unload!
Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security cameras guard the house perimeter 24/7 for safety reasons. Interior spaces are not recorded.
