Eleni Villa offers comfortable accommodation in Horto, Pelion, with two separate houses on a shared property. The property features a swimming pool measuring 4 x 6 meters with a depth of 1.20 to 1.50 meters, which operates until the end of September. A large garden surrounds the houses, providing outdoor space with lawn areas, trees, and plants across the 1,800 square meter plot. Eleni Villa I consists of two apartments, one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The upper apartment spans 74 square meters plus a balcony, featuring a fireplace and balcony with garden furniture. The ground-floor apartment covers 70 square meters plus a veranda with garden furniture. Both apartments include air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for four to five guests with two bedrooms each—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room in each apartment offers additional sleeping space on a sofa. Eleni Villa II is a maisonette with 100 square meters of living space, plus a 5 square meter balcony and a 36 square meter veranda. This house accommodates six to seven guests with three bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which have balcony access. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, fireplace, large television, and dining table. A small WC is also available on this level. Outside, a covered terrace with a pergola and grapevine offers shaded seating with garden furniture. Both houses share access to a barbecue area in the garden. Parking is available near the villa at no charge. The beach is approximately 150 meters from the property, and the location provides easy access to local shops, tavernas, and restaurants. Cleaning services include bed linen and towel changes every four days, with early changes available upon request.

For bookings up to 30 days prior to arrival, the guest must pay 100% of the travel price.
For bookings made more than 40 to 22 days before arrival, the guest pays 50% of the travel price.
Cancellation by the customer / cancellation costs:
You can withdraw at any time before the start of the journey. The receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by us (by email) is decisive for the cancellation costs.

A deposit of 50% is required at all times.
