The property is located in Kalamata, within walking distance of the city center and the 5 km long beaches within the urban area. It sits adjacent to the large park and open-air museum of Kalamata Railways, and next to the pedestrian and bicycle path that runs north to south through the city. The municipal swimming pool is also within walking distance. The building operates as a Zero Energy Building, with heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation, and electricity provided entirely by renewable energy sources, achieving the highest A+ energy category. This sustainable approach ensures minimal environmental impact while offering comfortable accommodations in a convenient urban location.

In case you need to bring you pet, you may choose another accommodation of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas:

Pets are allowed only by arrangement at The Mansion, Thalias Quarters, Aggelinas Quarters, Garden Cellar, Country Home, Linas Home, Tinas Home, Villa Vesta & Vesta Retire.

In case of pets, an extra/extra cleaning cost of 45€/per stay (25€ for Pols Studio) will be adjusted in the booking. In addition, guests are not allowed to leave pets alone/unaccompanied on site.
