The municipal swimming pool is also within walking distance. The building operates as a Zero Energy Building, with heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation, and electricity provided entirely by renewable energy sources, achieving the highest A+ energy category. This sustainable approach ensures minimal environmental impact while offering comfortable accommodations in a convenient urban location.

Pets are NOT allowed in in the building Evripidou 7 (Deluxe Room, Executive Suite, Deluxe Suite, Deluxe Suite, Family Suite, Penthouse Suite).
In case you need to bring you pet, you may choose another accommodation of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas:
Pets are allowed only by arrangement at The Mansion, Thalias Quarters, Aggelinas Quarters, Garden Cellar, Country Home, Linas Home, Tinas Home, Villa Vesta & Vesta Retire.
In case of pets, an extra/extra cleaning cost of 45€/per stay (25€ for Pols Studio) will be adjusted in the booking. In addition, guests are not allowed to leave pets alone/unaccompanied on site.
