Grand Serai Congress & Spa Hotel is a 5-star hotel in the heart of Ioannina, set on 13.000 sq.m of land. Its design combines traditional Ioannina style with Middle Eastern influences across the hotel’s shared spaces. The property has a 24-hour reception, bilingual staff, a lobby, a bar, the main Kourabas Bar and the Jasmine Restaurant. Limited-hours room service is also available at an additional charge. Guests have access to a gym, a seasonal outdoor pool operating in summer subject to weather conditions, and pool towels. The hotel lists a luxury spa with face and body treatments, as well as à la carte massage services; spa facilities remain closed except during selected periods. Practical services include car rental, laundry and ironing, a doctor on call, fax and photocopy facilities, and local newspapers, with additional charges applying to selected services. Restaurant baby chairs are available, while babysitting can be arranged on request. Nine multifunctional conference rooms accommodate events for 10 to 1000 people and are equipped for meetings, exhibitions, receptions and private functions. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and pets are not allowed.
