Grecotel Casa Paradiso is a four-star accommodation on a coastal stretch near Marmari, Kos, located 2 kms from the fishing village. The property consists of bungalows designed in traditional Aegean style, with flat roofs and white-washed exteriors. Stone-paved paths connect the buildings through gardens and the surrounding quiet countryside. Outdoor facilities include a fresh-water swimming pool and a separate pool for children. The property also has waterslides, a pool bar, a beach bar, and beach sunbeds and umbrellas. Families have access to a children’s play area and the Grecoland Club for Children, while babysitting and a doctor on call provide additional practical support. Guests can use the tennis, football and beach volleyball courts, as well as the fitness centre and outdoor gym. Complimentary WiFi, satellite TV, security vaults, daily maid service, laundry and ironing service, a mini market, parking area and 24-hour reception are available. The accommodation also provides an accessible public restroom and the Grecotel App.

Early Departures:
For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable and it will be charged.
Credit Card and ID Presentation:
Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder upon check-in at the hotel. This term does not apply to travel agencies - B2B reservations.
In case verification fails, the amount charged will be refunded and an alternative payment by cash or another credit card will have to be made on the spot. In case a third-party is involved in the payment, hence cannot be verified, a bank transfer is required.
Payments Over €500:
According to the legislation (Law 3842/2010, paragraph 3 of Article 20), partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. In the event that a guest smokes in the non-smoking room, a fine of 100€ will be added to their bill at check-out to cover the cost of restoring the room.
